Honoring the rich and vast community of musicians influenced by and creating in Appalachia, Blue Ridge Folk Fest invites folk artists and enthusiasts from near and far. Spanning three days, the prospective festival includes daily programming including artist talks, live performances, and spaces for community dialogue and creation.













The core of the festival’s identity revolves around a modular system composed of illustrations of instruments vital to the region. In conversation with the Blue Ridge Mountains, this visual identity works across a variety of media, from merchandise to mobile tickets to environmental signage.
